Over the past two years, Leading Harvest demonstrated that a scalable framework can harmonise the sustainability and ESG assurance market and create more efficiencies and clarity in reporting. In 2021, we expanded our footprint with the launch of a pilot program in Australia, facilitated by multi-family office Mutual Trust. Over 650,000 hectares participated in the pilot and a variety of production systems, regions, and crops were field-tested. In 2023, Leading Harvest officially launched in Australia, allowing growers and land managers across the continent to apply the Leading Harvest Farmland Management Standard to their operations and create transparency and consistency for sustainable and regenerative sourcing in the supply chain
